Supervised Visits
This may be court ordered due to a variety of reasons or a requirement due to a child being placed in state custody. We have a contract with the state to provide funding (CTS funds) for parent/child visits when a child has been placed in foster care.
Supervised visits are now a service under IFS *Self pay rate starts at $35/hr. Please note that this amount may change depending on the level of needs the visit has as well as the location. Classes
We offer an 8hr parenting class, anger management, co-parenting, and a child welfare informational. These are billed via Medicaid/CTS/Self-Pay. To sign up click here: Classes

Intensive Family Services
Under this program, each family will be matched with a dedicated Family Support Specialist (FSS). These specialists will collaborate closely with families to create treatment plans aligned with the objectives set by their Family Support Team.
Our FSS team will work directly with families in their homes and communities weekly, serving as a vital link to essential resources and providing valuable education. This education will cover a wide range of topics, including budgeting, meal planning, effective parenting, transportation solutions, housing options, employment opportunities, and Medicaid/SNAP/Childcare application processes. Substance use treatment and supervised visits are now a service under IFS Drug Testing
Testing is available for individuals who are receiving any of the above services from CPR of the Ozarks. We are able to drug test using Express 10-panel UA with instant results or hair follicle. All positive results are sent to a lab for confirmation.
*We accept CTS funds for both types of testing. Self pay rate: $25 instant UA, $80 lab UA, and $100 hair follicle |
Mental Health
Licensed counselors on staff are able to provide therapeutic visitation, individual therapy as well as couples counseling.

Recovery Services We offer outpatient counseling over with a 12, 14, or 16 week program utilizing the Matrix Intensive Outpatient curriculum. The Matrix Model is a structured, multi-component behavioral treatment model that consists of evidence-based practices, including relapse prevention, family therapy, group therapy, psycho-education, and self-help, delivered in a sequential and clinically coordinated manner. The client will begin by completing an initial assessment, if they have not done so already. The Recovery Support Specialist will determine the duration and needs of the client according to the reported information and recommendations made on the initial assessment.
*We accept CTS funds for assessment and weekly sessions. The self pay rate for assessment is $200 and weekly sessions are $45/hr. Professional Development/Training
We offer CPR/First aid classes for resources parents with DSS. We also offer several training opportunities including; Home Visiting Safety and De-escalation.
